Yes @BarackObama!!! Thank you for this awesome ad.
President @BarackObama showed me something in myself I might never have seen without him. I’m humbled to have his support in this fight. The Affordable Care Act will have laid the groundwork for guaranteed healthcare, and I'm honored to pick up his baton and finally pass Medicare for All.

We don’t use Starlink for our responses inside Russia. We use Starlink to intercept jet-powered “shaheds” that attack our civilians and kill families.
Starlink wasn’t turned off – its speed was reduced. And when the speed was reduced, we were unable to intercept a certain number of jet-powered “shaheds.” We couldn’t use a tool that helps protect people. That’s very painful and frustrating.
We also use Starlink for mid-range strikes against enemy military targets in our temporarily occupied territories. We couldn’t do that when the restrictions were in place. And third, what matters most is people. Our warriors, who spend weeks and months on the front line, receive food and water delivered by drones using Starlink.
Has the speed been fully restored to what it was before? No. Is it being restored now? Yes.

It is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can’t selectively target individuals simply because of their political beliefs or what they say. But that’s exactly what the Trump Administration is doing to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota.
To understand why this is so appalling, it’s important to know the facts. Congresswoman Omar came to this country with her father when she was 12 years old. Five years later, her father became a naturalized citizen. If Ilhan had been 18 at the time, she would have had to apply for citizenship separately. But because she was 17, she became a naturalized citizen automatically.
Congresswoman Omar went on to graduate from college, work as a community organizer, become the first Somali-American legislator elected to public office in the U.S., and win a seat in Congress. There, she has been one of the Trump Administration’s fiercest critics, which has led the president to repeatedly single her out as someone who he believes does not belong in this country.
Now the Administration is actively trying to deport Congresswoman Omar, seemingly based solely on the unsubstantiated theory that she was actually 18 when her father was naturalized, and therefore is not a citizen. Federal agents have raided her home, confiscated personal records, and seized her phone — all to try and uncover a nonexistent smoking gun from 20 years ago that will somehow make their case.
Think about that. The full weight of the federal government is being brought down on a law-abiding elected official because she has dared to criticize the president. And it’s not the first time this has happened. Under President Trump, the Justice Department has repeatedly gone after those he considers his political enemies — from the Attorney General of New York, to the former head of the FBI, to members of the Federal Reserve.
In those cases, the prosecutions either stalled or were dismissed for having no basis in law, and the same is likely to happen in this case. But not before Congresswoman Omar’s life has been turned upside down, her legal bills have piled up, and she’s been forced to spend time fighting unsubstantiated charges instead of serving the people of Minnesota.
The fact that any president, or any administration, is willing to engage in such transparent efforts to intimidate someone should outrage all Americans, regardless of how they feel about Congresswoman Omar’s political views. Because if this becomes the new normal, there’s no reason to believe it will stop with her — or that future presidents, in either party, won’t do the same.

Yesterday, in the midst of a day of action involving 3,000+ voter mobilization events, Meta disabled No Kings’ Instagram account. It took 90 minutes—and rising public outcry—for public access to be restored, and four hours for No Kings to be able to post. 1/3. newsweek.com/no-kings-protes…

Russia is cooperating with Iran. So why is Trump cooperating with Russia?
Like the diesel deal, this decision is a gift to the very forces attacking our service members.

As some have noted, there was indeed :01 on the bug clock when the pass hit the ground (BYU/ND). Replay should have reviewed to determine if the in-stadium clock was at :01 at that point and if so, ND would have had one more play.

It was not reviewed. Pretty clear angle here.

Elon Musk’s SpaceX is ravenously taking over some of Texas’ most beloved public lands. New reporting from @Forrest4Trees reveals the company’s complete disregard for Boca Chica State Park: they want to privatize the entire park. Like the attempted transfer of Yosemite land to a private equity firm, this is another assault on protected public lands that could be lost forever just to enrich billionaires.

The hacks in this administration—and their apologists on social media—told us Trump would pay down the debt. Instead, he’s taking it to new heights via waste, corruption, and his unconstitutional war in Iran.
Americans are paying the price.

Border wall contractors are planning to bulldoze thousands of saguaro cactuses along the southern end of the sovereign Tohono O'odham Nation, starting immediately. Cutting down a saguaro would land you or me in jail with a felony — but armed with sweeping legal waivers, DHS plans to obliterate thousands of them with impunity.
“Trespassing on our land to remove the sacred saguaros is like having masked men break into your house and take away your children,” Tohono O’odham Nation Chairman Verlon Jose said in a statement. “The ha:sañ [saguaro] are our family, as much a part of us as any blood relative. To destroy them by the thousands carves a wound in our hearts that will not heal.”
I took this video at Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument in 2020, where I used to work for the National Park Service before returning to document wall construction tearing through the Sonoran Desert. I filmed hundreds of these ancient desert sentinels plowed over without a thought. The Tohono O'odham Nation is now bracing for a far worse version of what we saw at Organ Pipe, where they were only building one wall. On O'odham land, they're fighting to build two.

We currently see no signs from Russia that it wants to end the war. We see no basic steps toward de-escalation. Everyone is talking about diesel and forgetting about grain. In a month or two, everyone will start talking about an agricultural crisis. There won’t be enough food for countries across Africa, some Asian countries, and the Middle East, because we export millions of tons of grain to these very markets. And now Russia is blocking the sea.
The United States isn’t feeling the effects of this, which is why the focus is only on energy. This is another challenge. It’s hunger. And it can affect many countries. And we need to think about everything and everyone, because we all live on this planet. We can prevent many different crises before they even begin and avert the challenges they bring.
