I just had an excellent trip to A&E. I came off my bike and landed hard on my shoulder. I couldn't move my arm properly and was in a lot of pain, so I went to @NHSHomerton. I got there at 10am and was X-rayed and out by 11.30am. No fracture so I just need to rest up. I 💙 the NHS – at Tottenham, London

#lorraine my daughter who is in her 2nd year of A Levels is unable to get to College this week due to the rail and bus strike, my husband and I are at work and unable to drive her. This will have a massive impact on her studies.

On the first day of Christmas, we would like to thank all of our incredible supporters, and recognise our brilliant fundraisers who ran 357km, cycled 10,035km and climbed 1,085m to raise vital funds. You are amazing!

New patient boards for our little babies in SCBU @WestMidHospital! One for each cot. I love the ‘Did I Get Cuddles Today’ box with a cute kangaroo in it! 😊 Thanks to @Blisscharity and ward manager @Lwin_Mills for such great ideas and efforts, well done!
