Many people are criticizing the Eagles team doctors for allowing Jalen Hurts to play. They probably shouldn't have let him suit up regardless, but...
Jalen Hurts also made the decision himself to play & was probably made aware of some of the dangers.
The diagnosis changed from the Saturday in London to last week.
Many are saying Hurts should never play for the Eagles again, but the joint statement today was from the organization and his agent. That speaks to a collaborative approach.

Source says that Jalen Hurts actually got sleep after leaving the hospital in the middle of Saturday night around 3 AM London time and was able to sleep at the team hotel until the Eagles left for the stadium around 10:30 AM and then he was able to get another hour of sleep at the stadium before the game started. Jalen referenced getting some rest at the stadium at his Wednesday press conference.
