Do you hate fraud? If so, I’m calling on you to join me in taking the pledge to protect Americans from fraudsters, by doing everything in your power to ensure that: 1. Vulnerable Americans, such as the elderly, indigent, and disabled, are protected from fraudsters who seek to prey on them. 2. Taxpayer-funded programs serve law-abiding Americans, not illegal aliens or fraudsters. 3. Taxpayer-funded benefits are not used by fraudsters to buy mansions or luxury cars. 4. Public agencies and officials work tirelessly and aggressively, coordinating at all levels of government, to stop fraud before payments go out the door. 5. Fraudsters face justice for their crimes in a court of law. Convicted fraudsters will be imprisoned and barred from ever receiving another penny of taxpayer dollars. 6. Illegal alien fraudsters are promptly arrested, prosecuted, imprisoned, and deported, never able to take advantage of Americans’ generosity again.

DTCC AND CHAINLINK AT SIBOS 2026 DTCC's Dan Doney and @SergeyNazarov presented how @The_DTCC is collaborating with Chainlink to advance 24/7 collateral management. DTCC's Collateral AppChain provides shared infrastructure near real-time collateral management across financial markets and blockchains. “The problem being solved is the fragmentation of data, how everybody connects to move collateral and settle transactions, and the different systems that need to talk to each other but cannot do so quickly enough to allow intraday collateral movement.” - Sergey Nazarov DTCC’s Collateral AppChain will leverage the Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE) for orchestration between those systems and data sources, and CCIP which enables the movement of assets, value, and liquidity to and from the AppChain. "You finally have a reliable and legally binding ledger from the DTCC that everyone can rely on, just like they rely on the DTCC now. That's a very powerful thing that I think the capital markets have been waiting for, where they can't get that from just any chain because those guarantees with the DTCC are fundamentally different" Nazarov also added. The DTCC Collateral AppChain is expected to launch in Q1 2027. Presentation slides here: chn.lk/dtcc-chainlink-sibos-… Watch the full presentation ↓

Tokenizing a fund shouldn't mean a second operation for the same asset. @nitingaur on tokenization's biggest risk. Bedrock is built for that on public networks: the bank's rules, enforced by its own node, running the Nethermind client. Early access: nethermind.io/institutional-…

The second panel for Mercuryo today, and this time Ashna Vaghela (@ashtokyo) stepped on stage for the discussion "The Payment Rails of 2030" by @mpost_io It explored what institutions actually need before they move payments onchain: regulatory clarity, reliable settlement, and rails that connect seamlessly to the card networks and banking systems they already use. Thanks to all the speakers for a conversation that went beyond the usual points: - Jesse Guild of @Mastercard - Declan Hannon (@declan_hannon) of @auroraisnear - Edwin Cheung (@cheungedwin) of @Gate - Jeffrey Tchui (@jtchui_abroad) of @hashgraph - Nitin Gaur (@nitingaur) of @Nethermind

A credit rating answers one question: will the obligor pay? An onchain asset raises several more. Is the contract code sound? Who controls the admin keys? Are the reserves verifiable or merely attested? Does redemption hold under stress? Whose finality and governance is the investor inheriting? Join me lnkd.in/p/ge9n-TtW
