Supporting 🇨🇺Cuba also means supporting 🇵🇸Palestine!
👇Listen to this story, Cuba's medical solidarity is felt in many parts of the world.
Murid is a Gazan that has become a doctor in Cuba. Every year, Cuba grants free scholarship to Palestinian youth to study medicine, more than 30,000 have already graduated from it and are serving in West Bank and Gaza.

If you are wondering why the far-right forces in #Japan are still disturbing today, look at this👇
Some Japanese fans were cheering with the Japanese Nazi flag at the World Cup.
Japan used the Rising Sun flag during its invasions of Asian countries, including throughout the Pacific War, and the flag is widely regarded as a symbol of Japanese militarism and imperialism.

The number of members of the Communist Party of China (CPC) had grown to 101.29 million by 2025.
Workers and farmers remained the largest segment of the Party, representing 32.4% of its total membership.
No matter how hard some people try to demonize CPC, the Party has proved its excellence of governance by improving the average Chinese person's life.

Day by day, feels like Beijing is the new headquarters for UN.
I came to Tsinghua University today for the 14th World Peace Forum. Also at the forum are diplomats, scholars, opinion leaders from every continent, finding solutions to solve a pressing issue facing us: How to Rebuild Peace in Middle East (West Asia).
Renowned 🇨🇳Chinese professor Yan Xuetong (whose video of confronting an Israeli military officer went viral) is the moderator for this session.
🇵🇰Pakistan’s former Minster of Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar was there raising powerful points and Pakistan’s role in helping mediating.
So many thought provoking discussions and honest answers.
Will share some of the clips soon.

Which history books taught the US president that WWI, WWII, Pearl Harbor and 9/11 was because of … Communism?
How fragile the “American liberty” is that they still have to play the McCarthyism card🤷🏻♀️

It's beautiful to see that as more international tourists travel to China, some people's decades-long fear-mongering anti-China propaganda is collapsing.
Vloggers are making videos showing scenes like this in China.

Last week I met a group of Global South journalists who are visiting China and had great exchanges with them.
They are seeing China for themselves, we are building connections with each other.
Exchanges like this give me hope that we can break biases and make Global South voices louder on the world stage 💪🏽
Can’t wait to visit each of your countries ❤️

These monks in Yushu, Qinghai Province, recently joined this firefighting skills training, so they can protect those ancient monasteries if any emergency were to happen.
They can run that fast at high altitude!!!

Came to Vietnam Military History Museum in 🇻🇳Hanoi, a massive new museum opened in 2024.
Lots of captured U.S. aircraft’s, tanks and vehicles displayed in the yard to help visitors learn U.S. war of invasion of Vietnam.
Lots of historic photos and data about that war too: “During the war of destruction in North Vietnam (1965-1973), the U.S. Air Force dropped millions of tons of bombs on North Vietnam, killing nearly 80,000 people and causing injuries to about 120,000 others. Most economic and defense facilities were destroyed. Six cities were heavily damaged (including Hanoi and Haiphong): 28 out 30 towns, 96 out of 116 villages, and 4000 out of 5,788 communes in North Vietnam were destroyed. 350 hospitals, 1500 clinics, 1300 schools, hundreds of temples, pagodas, churches, historic sites, and hundreds of thousands of hectares of fields and gardens were bombed and severely injured.” – at Hanoi, Vietnam

Everyone in China is talking about this movie: Once Upon a Time in the Middle East, a China-made movie about the US and UK's invasion of Iraq.
Hollywood won't be able to make this!
😭I watched it yesterday, cried hard in the cinema, and was deeply touched ... The movie shows the devastating impact of wars on a country, on ordinary people, especially on children, and how extremists were created. It also shows China's attitude towards world peace. I encourage you to watch it too!
⚠️Spoiler alert:
The movie follows the Chinese chef Xu Fu, who went to run a Chinese restaurant in a country in West Asia. At first, he was purely driven by money, but as wars broke out and the country was torn apart, he and his friends were dragged into the chaos and forced to cook for different forces.
He saw how the US bombed and destroyed a country, how some US soldiers at the front line treated local people as nonhuman, and how some other US soldiers were just ignorant kids that wants to go home; He saw how war orphans in the country were used and trained to be suicide bombers by terrorists, how foreign invaders deprived everything local people had and left them no choice but to join terror groups to revenge.
But throughout the movie, Xu Fu keeps telling everyone 好好吃饭(eat properly). He tried his best to provide decent food for children in the war zone, even if it meant risking his own life. The story was inspired by true stories of Chinese people who worked in Iraq, but instead of one person, it was based on several people’s stories.
💡My thoughts on governance:
You probably know how much Chinese people love food and value food. From a country that constantly suffered famine and wars, to a country with abundant food for 1.4 billion people, China made a lot of effort.
And I think it’s a philosophy that any political power should focus on: how to feed its people, and let them 好好吃饭 (eat properly).
