Today marks 2 years of ACCESS. What started as a vision has grown into a Pan-London community — and we want to take a moment to say thank you. In these two years, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside brilliant clinicians who’ve brought their passion, skill, and heart into every patient interaction. You’ve shaped the care we deliver and the culture we’re building. We’ve also seen incredible collaboration across units — from frontline teams to leadership — reminding us that change happens best when it’s shared. ACCESS only works because of the people behind it. And of course, our patients. Every story, every encounter, every voice has pushed us to think deeper, do better, and stay focused on what matters most: care that’s compassionate, responsive, and human. Followed by AI screening tools for delirium to machine learning in sepsis phenotyping — the day was packed with insight, innovation, and energy. And we wrapped up with an engaging live demo from Oxford Medical Simulation, showcasing how immersive technology is reshaping medical training.
