आज यशस्वी मुख्यमंत्री आदरणीय श्री सम्राट चौधरी जी की अध्यक्षता में नगर विकास एवं आवास विभाग के अंतर्गत बिहार राज्य आवास बोर्ड एवं NBCC India, नई दिल्ली के बीच पटना में बहादुरपुर सेक्टर 06 में 20.64 एकड़ तथा सेक्टर 05, टी.वी.टॉवर में 8.5 एकड़ भूमि के पुनर्विकास परियोजना एवं विकास हेतु समझौता ज्ञापन (MOU) हस्ताक्षरित किया गया।
यह पहल पटना में आवास बोर्ड की भूमि तथा जर्जर एवं असुविधायुक्त आवासीय कॉलोनियों के पुनर्विकास की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण सिद्ध होगा।

लोक सेवक आवास स्थित संकल्प सभागार में UPYOG पोर्टल का शुभारंभ किया। राज्य के सभी 264 नगर निकायों में शहरी सेवाओं को डिजिटल, सरल एवं पारदर्शी बनाने की दिशा में यह महत्वपूर्ण पहल है।
International air connectivity at Gaya Ji Airport is opening new avenues for tourism-led economic growth in Bihar. On 26 October 2026, the airport recorded 6 aircraft movements and 426 passenger movements.
Direct arrival of international tourists in Gaya ji will boost tourism, generate local employment, create livelihood opportunities for youth and strengthen the local economy, benefiting hotels, transport operators, guides, artisans and small businesses.

गया से बैंकॉक के लिए सीधी हवाई सेवा शुरू होने से बिहार की अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई कनेक्टिविटी को नई गति मिलेगी। 26 अक्टूबर 2026 से गया एयरपोर्ट से बैंकॉक के लिए नॉन-स्टॉप फ्लाइट सेवा शुरू हो रही है। इस सेवा के लिए बुकिंग शुरू हो चुकी है।
इससे गया एवं बोधगया आने वाले देश-विदेश के पर्यटकों को बेहतर हवाई संपर्क मिलेगा।

🚨Bihar’s 2 Proposed Greenfield Airports Will Require 7,373 Acres of Land Across 40 Villages
First batch of sale deeds targeted within 4 months
Overall land assembly target: around 310 days
Sonpur Airport: ~4,228 acres | 26 villages/mauzas | ~1,424 raiyats/jamabandis
Ajgaibinath Dham Airport: ~3,145 acres | 14 villages/mauzas | ~12,000 raiyats/jamabandis
The land assembly process will involve land-record reconciliation, DGPS/ETS surveys, joint measurement, title verification, identification of landowners, consent and direct-purchase facilitation.
The appointed consultants will also facilitate registration, mutation, possession documentation and development of a GIS-based Digital Land Bank.
Land is primarily proposed to be assembled through direct purchase from willing landowners under the Bihar Raiyati Bhumi Kray Niti, 2026.
The Project Management Office is targeted to be established within 10 days.
