The @MiccaiS MIDOG 2022 training set was just released! It contains ~9.5k mitotic figure annotations (2+1 experts consensus) across 455 tumor cases across six tumor types! 🤯 This is an excellent time to register for the challenge and get the data: ➡️ imig.science/midog/

The group CNN (arxiv.org/abs/2002.08725) for mitosis detection in breast cancer is now integrated in the research PACS at the UMCU Department of Pathology and ready for further validation. A great example of collaboration in #AI for healthcare between @TUeindhoven and @UMCUtrecht.
