"Learn to code" is the wrong advice for PMs now IMO… learn to read it
I don't write first drafts of code anymore. I write a short brief, the agent works in its own worktree, opens a PR, I review and merge
Half a dozen repos running like that. Although truth be told I merge most PRs without reviewing these days 👀
Day 6 of waking up before my family to get sh*t done
Monday edition… who else is up before the house?

Anthropic employees expect AI to handle 75% of their current work hours by 2030.
The average US worker expects AI to handle just 28%.
That is a remarkable gap between people working at the frontier of AI and the broader workforce.
These are expectations, not established outcomes. However, they raise an important question for anyone building a career today:
If the people closest to AI expect this much automation, how seriously should the rest of us prepare?
Everyone said the BA role was dying… turns out it was just early
I started my career as a Business Analyst. The whole job was turning fuzzy intent into something buildable
Now code is cheap and the brief is the scarce thing. We're all BAs now IMO. Am I right?

Day 5 of waking up before my family to get sh*t done (being honest, i lapsed a little today and didnt get up until 7 - still ahead of the kids)
Sunday edition… anyone else guard the weekend early mornings or is it just me?
Need some recommendations- what’s the ideal two car family set up today? Requirements : I need one to be 7 seats. Both cars used daily for 50+ miles a day
Hot take… "ChatGPT writes my PRD" isn't AI product management
I split PM work into 5 loops and specced 25 agents across them. The single agents are fine. The chains are the magic… meeting prep feeds the action extractor, which feeds next week's prep
Judgement stays yours. The admin doesn't. Am I right?

Day 4 of waking up before my family to get sh*t done
Saturday edition… what's the one thing you get done before the house wakes up?
Steal this prompt before your next planning session:
"Here's my draft roadmap. For each item, tell me: (1) what has to be true for this to matter,
(2) what we'd cut if we only had 2 weeks, (3) the risk nobody wants to say out loud." I run it once. Then I rewrite the list myself.
What would you add as (4)?
Day 3 of waking up before my family to get sh*t done.
What's the one thing that would make today a win?
Your colleagues are shipping more by 6am than they do at work …
Side projects are everywhere. Nobody talks about them at work though. Am I right?
Every PM job is really 5 loops: Discovery, Strategy, Specify, Execution, People.
I mapped 25 Al agents across them.
The surprise? Single agents weren't the win.
Chains were.
Meeting prep, then action extractor, then next week's prep. The loop closes itself.
The judgement calls stay yours. The admin doesn't have to.
Which loop eats most of your week?
