After reinstating my account, my projects did not get reactivated. Stuck in a hellish loop with @OpenAI support: if I stop paying, I am told I lose it all; but I do not have access and they state they are unable to restore access and do not offer any clarity on whether this issue is actually being worked on. This should be escalated, but feels like AI support on a loop.
Very curious about this.
