#Balakot | The Indian Air Force, it can now be clearly said seven years after the fact, missed its designated targets, lost a fighter jet in an aerial skirmish, shot down its own helicopter, had another near-miss friendly fire incident over Rajasthan and was put on the backfoot because of the capture of its fighter pilot.

I’ll say it again, and louder:
Brahmins are the new Jews of India.
Vishnu Tiwari spent 20 years rotting in jail on a fabricated SC-ST + rape case.
Lost everything.
Family dead.
Land gone.
Walked out at 43 with nothing.
UP government told NHRC:
“Not a human rights violation. No compensation.”
Because he’s Brahmin.
If the same man was SC-ST,
Modi himself would have flown down,
folded hands,
cameras flashing,
compensation cheque in hand.
But a Brahmin’s life destroyed?
Silence.
Procedure.
Move on.
This is not justice.
This is open, state-backed caste-selective hatred.

Imagine you are 21 years old. You have played eight first-class matches in your life. You did not even have a passport a week ago.
Then you land in England.
Your first over averages 89.7mph. Every single delivery of that over is quicker than every other ball any Pakistan bowler has sent down on this entire tour. You trap the greatest Test batter England has produced before you have conceded a single run in Test cricket. You finish with four wickets.
Then you come back with the bat, score 81 from the bottom of the order in a day, and end up as the second-highest run scorer of the side. You break the record for the most sixes by a debutant in Test history. And you play an innings that wakes up an entire ground, and an entire country, in the space of a couple of hours.
That is where you tell the world that Pakistan has never had a shortage of talent. Only a shortage of people willing to look for it.
What a story. What an absolute beauty of a Test cricket session.
With Anduril, Luckey is reducing the element of human risk in warfare, &, in contrast, also lowering the threshold for when countries go to war. @ShekharGupta .
Amazing clarity and prognosis is one sentence. Thanks
1. Iran has claimed it captured intact a super-secret, highly powerful US ‘submarine drone’ near the Strait of Hormuz, manufactured by Anduril. #CutTheClutter explains the journey of AI weapons-maker Anduril, its founder Palmer Luckey & how the company is revolutionising US defence. The episode also explains what the use & “capture” of the US submarine drone tells us about modern warfare.
2. The drone in question is Dive-LD. Media has called it an unmanned submarine, but the Dive-LD is really an autonomous underwater vehicle. It’s about 19ft long & 4ft in diameter, & can operate thousands of metres below the sea surface for days without human intervention. Luckey describes the Dive-LD as a mass-produced attritable submarine.
3. Now, a modern autonomous submarine falling into Iranian hands is quite a significant event. And, of course, both sides have conflicting claims. Iran says it has a lot of tech & software, while the US says, no, it’s a very old version that had already stopped functioning.
4. Earlier RMA or revolution in military affairs would happen once in 10-15 years. Now, it comes almost every 6 months, & that’s because Silicon Valley has got into defence. Prime example is the trinity: Elon Musk, Alex Karp & Palmer Luckey. With Anduril, Luckey is reducing the element of human risk in warfare, &, in contrast, also lowering the threshold for when countries go to war.
5. Future warfare will involve such machines that are cheap, autonomous, highly capable & can go anywhere. This drone can go 6,000m or nearly 20,000ft deep, no one needs to be fed, it doesn’t have to snorkel to take in oxygen, it doesn’t need a periscope. Also, this has a modular inside. So, you can fix things to it. It can map the seabed or examine underwater cables or it can be used for ISR (intelligence surveillance reconnaissance) or to fire weapons.
6. The real jewel in Anduril’s crown is a software platform called Lattice. Thousands of sensors, drones, submarines, aircraft and human operators feed information into Lattice. AI analyses the data, identifies threats, distinguishes friend from foe, recommends responses & presents options to a human decision-maker.
7. #CutTheClutter with me. Episode 1898:
What Iran's capture of submarine drone tells us about modern warfare & US AI weapons company Anduril

It’s a Garg to Garg comparison 😊.
#WATCH | Delhi: On former Finance Secretary Subhash Chandra Garg's statement alleging GDP data revision from Rs 86 lakh crore to Rs 80 lakh crore to inflate the latest Q1 2026-2027 figures, Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI) Secretary Saurabh Garg says, "...Whenever we compare year-to-year, we always compare on constant prices because current prices include price inflation, and therefore current price is not the correct method to compare year-to-year. Whenever we do a comparison, we need to compare like to like; we can't compare apples to oranges. So what has been done is that the current GDP of the old series, which has already become obsolete, and the data we had released last year, has been compared with the current GDP of this quarter of the new series... If you look at the volume output, for example, the number of automobiles produced, the amount of cement produced, the amount of steel produced, and you compare this from quarter one of last year and quarter one of this year, this shows extremely high growth rates of 12 per cent, 14 per cent, 16 per cent when we look at volume growth. Making this statement that there has been some data fudging done is extremely unfortunate..."
