A political disaster. We won’t recover from this President for a generation.
Our president just called Canada “one of the worst countries in the entire world.”
Canada.
This is an absurd thing for an American president to say about one of our closest allies.
If he’ll say something this ridiculous with a straight face, why should anyone trust a word that comes out of his mouth?
What is residential school denialism? University of Manitoba professor Niigaan Sinclair explains that it isn’t the denial of the existence of residential schools – it’s the downplaying of experiences that have been proven time and time again.

This isn't how things are supposed to be in Ontario. Your bank account balance should never determine what kind of care you get. We need to put that funding into our public hospitals, and get everyone the care they need, when they need it.

There must be a full investigation to hold those responsible accountable.

Up to 500 steelworkers are facing layoffs as Stelco idles operations in Hamilton.
Doug Ford’s government knew this was coming, just as they did with Crown Royal and Algoma Steel. But they won’t say when they knew, what they did to prevent the job losses, or how much support has actually gone out the door.
They announced a $5-billion Protect Ontario Financing Program, cut it to $1 billion, and then made it virtually impossible to access.
If the government knows layoffs are coming but can’t show what it’s doing to protect those jobs, Ontarians deserve to ask: What is this program actually protecting?
