It’s time we sorted out the press.
Constant misinformation to protect their donors and fossil fuels is destroying lives and our planet.
The Government must step up and stop being cowardly.

Luke is part of a government that is selling off our NHS data to a US spy tech firm, Palantir.
Luke is part of a government subservient to Donald Trump- dangerous President who wants to annex Greenland.
Luke is part of a government that is desperate & utterly rudderless.

That’s odd because here is David Lammy describing Peter Mandelson as a “man of considerable expertise” and the “right man” to be the US ambassador.
Looks like he is trying to save his own skin.

Trump would have to do something really bad, like spray paint a plane, before Starmer will condemn him.

Swifts fly thousands of miles to breed in the UK—only to find their nest sites blocked up.
Their ancient forests with nest hollows now gone, they relied on cavities in buildings, but these, too, have disappeared.
To stop their steep 2/3rds decline since 1995, an inexpensive swift brick nest box was proposed to be incorporated by law into new buildings—also helping other red-listed cavity nesting bird species.
But in a vote last night, UK Labour destroyed a golden opportunity to do this small thing for one of the most nature-depleted countries in Europe.

"Polanski claimed at the protest that the UK is "one of the most nature depleted countries in the world."
I'm not "claiming" it.
We have lost more biodiversity than any G7 country and we're ok the bottom 10% globally. It's pretty dire and the media should report it more.

The British state could do nothing about the Southport murderer, despite 3 Prevent referrals, him being found with a knife on a bus, in school, and calling Childline saying he wanted to kill people.
But it can enforce laws around t-shirts.
Speaks volumes.

Replying to @DavidLammy
As I predicted.
PS: You are going to prison.
Replying to @owenjonesjourno
But don't worry.
Any moment now, @DavidLammy is going to send a tweet expressing how upset he is about Israel's Nasser Hospital.
While continuing to supply weapons to Israel, refusing proper sanctions, continuing billions of pounds of annual trade.

Stop selling arms to Israel then.
The confirmation of famine in Gaza City is utterly horrifying and wholly preventable.
The Israeli government’s refusal to allow sufficient aid into Gaza has caused this man-made catastrophe. This is a moral outrage.
