In 25 years of IT, I've never seen software as buggy as @loom. I've encountered bugs and errors 100's of times both on my Mac and my PCs over the years. The problem is I haven't found anything with circle camera view that works with custom screen sizes. Anyone got suggestions?
UPDATE: I switched to Zoom Clips and it's a breath of fresh air. Works a treat without all the bugs I've always had in Loom.
Wildly disappointed that @CommBank closed down my #Dollarmite account I've held with them for ~40 years with the support rep basically telling me "Too bad, it's your fault for not reading some obscure clause in our T&C's which gives us permission to do it without even so much as sending you a notice or warning."
What a silly way to lose a loyal customer of ~40 years that could have been avoided simply by sending an email (or letter) warning that the account would be closed if it wasn't used by a certain date (kinda wild that this automated notice doesn't exist).
Frustrating pricing strategy from @typeform. We currently pay $990 per year for 5 team members. We now need to add a 6th team member and after finding there was no way to add them in the system, we had to talk to sales who told us that it'll be $3,000 EXTRA to add a 6th person 🤦♂️

Some days, parenting is hard. Sometimes, it feels like you don’t have enough gas in the tank to do “bedtime” at the end of the day.
When I get into those exhausted & frankly ungrateful moods, what I’ve started to do is something I first heard from @AlexHormozi:
I close my eyes and picture myself as me at 80 years old. There is no dollar amount or price this elderly man would not pay to be right where I am tonight, rubbing my son’s back as he falls asleep. Nothing. He would trade it all, his entire fortune accumulated over a lifetime for ONE more night putting his kids to sleep.
I did this 10 minutes ago. It hits me hard every single time.
