Circa ~2019 I first heard of @MaiL09cs through Reddit posts/clips while in the midst of my playing career.
He was NINE years old, semi-mind blowing to me 🤯
I’m sure there will be more of these individuals to come. It is my hope they’re taught the skills and find the self-awareness they need outside of the game, so they may evolve into a truly healthy Esports professional.
Based from Bhutan 👏🏼
They’ve spent centuries preserving one of the most beautiful cultures on Earth, but they clearly know how to stay ahead of the curve. Integrating Solana for digital nomad visas is a massive flex for a "Forbidden Kingdom." 🇧🇹⛓️
A must visit, at least once!
The Bhutan government (@gmcbhutan) just launched the world's first @Solana-backed visa for digital nomads:
- Buy $10,000 worth of TER, tokenized gold on Solana + $2,800 application fee
- Stay up to 36 months in one of the world's most beautiful countries
- Get $10k back at the end
Yes. Even the ones who accomplish everything for 10+ years will be left with an emptiness that no other endeavor fills. We trained our nervous systems for elite high performance, normal life is nothing comparable to what was required of us at the highest level of CS.
The ones who are living it and unable to zoom out and realize what is truly in front of them? It’s GG. They will require a long process of rewiring not only their nervous systems, but also their brains. Followed by long periods of unexplainable grief.
This is where I do part of my work, because psychotherapy will not even scratch the surface of healing this wound.
Aside from those who may continue to perform exceptionally well (Vit, Falcons, FURIA, Spirit, PARI, etc)
2026 belongs to:
-G2 (MOST POTENTIAL)
-MOUZ (best chance at finally finding their Crown)
-FAZE (dark horse of the 3)
Assuming there isn't certain roster changes..
malbs, HeavyGod, MATYS, and G2 as an org are set to have an incredibly strong year.
Brollan will face a conflicting mixture of challenges/rewards but if he stays grounded, he and his team will find the victories he's been looking for.
~Calling it, torzsi will have his BEST year ever. Might even contend for best AWPer over the next 12 months, but it will require him to believe in himself more than he ever has. He also must disobey ALL the "rules" of play, sling that AWP and do it unapologetically.
While Frozen rises to a new peak in his own evolution over the next 12 months, my advice to Karrigan would be to double down on what he believes in and stay as bold as he always has been. Have no fear this year, Karrigan's style of play & leadership will be IN FASHION 😂
Happy Lunar New Year, bitches.
what are the responsibilities of an Assistant Coach in today's CS landscape?
From what I can tell there are many AC's & Analysts who do not share a competitive CS background w/ their players.
5th Annual #Hltvawards
and my first one! Couldn’t make the last few, but I’m very satisfied with having been able to go this year.
Good people. Great energy. And stars all around ✨ 10/10!
It felt like home to be around my people again.
Thank you! @HLTVorg
FLOW STATE (FS-1) is here!

Aspiring Pros aspire to go Pro but don’t talk about Mastery.
There are < 500 paid pros in CS.
If you’re to be 1 of ~500 in 2025 it will require Mastery.
-All in-game requirements
-Regulated Nervous System
-Understanding of Flow
-Intuition
-Trust
-Consistency
-Purpose
-Identity
Adjusting release date to October 26th

k0nfig’s tale was magnificent and painful. This was the final act of a fearless duelist who was never held.
He was never meant to be tamed, only witnessed.
His gift was fire but his pain was walking alone with it.
You were never the problem, Kristian. Just too rare to be held.
The absolute hardest interview I have ever done. Thank you so much for your support all these years. All the memories both good and bad will never be forgotten. This is the end of my journey as a professional. Now there's a new path for me to follow.

Symptoms of a Fractured Competitor 🧵
It doesn't matter the level you compete at.
If you relate or resonate to anything written below, your potential, talent, and career & future possibilities are at risk.
This IS a diagnosis, but it's one to create awareness, not fear.
1/11
A Fractured Competitor is not weak or broken.. you are unfinished, incomplete.
You carry power that’s been scattered, gifts that were never held with safety, and potential that knows it’s real… but has never been fully received, understood, or used correctly.
If you continue to chase your dreams with any of these symptoms you might be able to ignore them and become 1 of ~300 who are successful enough to commit entirely to the game itself. If you make it that far you'll be forced to work through your issues at the higher levels anyway, because talent won't be enough anymore. This will create a fork in your path, an unnecessary drain on your energy, focus and performance. This leads to a short-lived career and decline in all areas of life.
My message to you is to do the REAL work that is required of you now in order to stand strong when your time comes, if it comes. The game itself isn't just... about the game. The real game is You. It's who you are and who you decide to be. Most of the Winners/Champions today learned as they went along, caught onto the right lessons at the right times. As time goes on the idea is not to follow in their footsteps, it is to walk new paths that are more elevated. Already having learned from their mistakes, new knowledge, deep wisdom, and truth. You become equipped sooner, instead of learning the hard way.
It's my life's work thus far to guide those who are ready to face themselves. Because when you do, the realest version of yourself finally emerges from underneath the rubble of shit you've covered yourself in unknowingly. You become the player, the leader, the person you were always meant to be.
With that said, I am now opening more student spaces as I have just processed a handful of remarkable graduates who have found what they didn't know they were looking for 😎
Let's work, stop waiting. 👇
