My expectation, Sharon, is that you make arrangements between both organisations to provide support to paying customers when needed and not just throw up your hands in the air.
So you Telstra forced us onto this provider a month ago. You as the retailer seem to have agreed with Opticomm to provide support. And now you are both washing your hands of your customers. Because who needs internet on the weekend anyway?
All of Smithfield, Trinity Park and Trinity Beach have been out all day. Check 4879 also. Opticomm seems to think that 4878 and 4879 are the same thing

I met Jim while serving in the cathedral during my time at the House. It is hard to imagine a kinder man. His wonderful sense of humour always stood out. Condolences to his family and loved ones and the cathedral community.
