It’s wild how much sensitive information people are willing to let the stranger sitting on a plane next to them see.
I’ve seen
- contracts for international governments written up with NDA negotiations
- details of financial contributions from investment firms
- & much more
I’m something like 41 of my last 42 soccer bets on @Kalshi. Develop a few rules to nearly guarantee wins and stick to them
The beauty of prediction markets as you can make bets when traditional gambling apps wouldn’t allow the odds to be bet

Friend got a marketing email from Medvi this morning.
Email copy aside, the provider they are using in the screenshot is an actual doctor, not an NP, whose real name is Alec Wier, and he is COMPLETELY UNAFFILIATED with Medvi.
This entire company is run on fraud and deception and I hope the founder ends up in prison

Lindsey Vonn is back in the gym 👀
A reminder that she tore her ACL on January 30, 2026.

We’re launching full-length, on demand practice exams for standardized tests in @GeminiApp, starting with the SAT, available now at no cost.
Practice SATs are grounded in rigorously vetted content in partnership with @ThePrincetonRev, and Gemini will provide immediate feedback highlighting where you excelled and where you might need to study more.
To try it out, tell Gemini, “I want to take a practice SAT test.”
Hey @GeminiApp why does it seem like your video understanding randomly reverts back to 1fps when we have it set higher and are using very short videos.

In 2026, my goal is to hit the 1,000 pound club for the first time in my life. I’ve barely put effort into lifting the past fie years after it was most of my life for track and field.
Todays numbers to start the year
Bench: 235
Squat: 315
DL: 315
Total: 865
I’ve now taken 6-8mg of Creatine everyday for a bit over two weeks and feel like a different human. Afternoon brain fog is gone, easier to wake up, feel great in the gym
The prompt for this video analysis is thousands of words. Creating my own AI projects has taught me more about prompting and AI than any reading could.
Polevault.coach is coming soon #polevault
Fun AI project I built. A pole vaulter can drop a video and in 15 seconds get coaching advice from AI on the four main areas of the vault.
(I’m a former D1 pole vaulter with a number of years of coaching experience)
Reminder that if you’re on a plane, it’s probably a good idea to not do sensitive work. Earlier this week, I saw a lawyer of a public company redlining an NDA for what seemed like a huge contract their team is working on…..

#Cowboys DE Marshawn Kneeland has tragically died at the age of 24, his agent tells The Insiders and @SlaterNFL. His statement.
It’s amazing the disconnect between leadership teams and employees. I can’t count how many times I’ve gotten a message from an employee dying to leave a company only to see an exec from the same company brag about the culture, etc the next day
