I’m going to go ahead and say it.... ‼️BACK SQUATS ARE OVERRATED‼️ -Ours spines aren’t meant to handle direct heavy loads -Most people don’t have enough mobility to properly execute -Less carryover to sport and Risk/reward ratio sucks compared to other variations @nickgates77
