v06.2 - online now!
Decided to abandon the idea of having a "finished" website. Proud to announce the launch of my "very much in-progress" website. I'll add old projects & new projects going forward, and I'll post about them as I go. Thx for lookin!
RIP Barry Melrose.
As a kid who grew up without cable, I idolized ESPN and sportscenter. I know they've lost their shine since the 90's, but personalities like Melrose made me feel like I had special insight into a sport that I didn't know shit about. Guys like him are rare. RIP.

UD Arena is one of the best arenas in all of college basketball.
More tourney games than any other, 50+ years of top 35 in attendance….
(+ a surprise at the end I wasn’t ready for)
@DaytonMBB
@DaytonFlyers
Gonna suck when the Flyers have to face him in the Final Four. 🤔🔴🔵
NEWS: Dayton transfer guard Javon Bennett has committed to Gonzaga, his agent Harrison Gaines told @On3.
The 5-10 senior averaged 15.8 PPG this past season. He was recently granted a fifth year of eligibility through the Ohio ruling.

We've seen thrown-into-the-fire Von.
We've seen max-minutes no-backups Von.
We've seen beat-up-but-still-playing Von.
Imagine healthy, veteran Von.
Asking less and getting more from Von.
That's a Von I'd love to see back in a Flyers uniform.
Watched 2025's "The Running Man" with Glen Powell last night. Fun ride, but Ryan Gosling's "The Fall Guy" absolutely crushes it. Similar kind of movie, but Fall guy has legit romance & lol comedy. And honestly? The action scenes were better in Fall Guy.
For the 2nd night in a row, the best decision I made all day was to turn the NBA playoffs on to watch the 4th quarter.
Wemby’s domination and Knicks comeback—two absolutely amazing things to witness live.
Unbelievable how instantly-interested I became in the Cowboys next season
The #Cowboys have signed S Caleb Downs to his rookie contract, a 4-year, $28.9M fully-guaranteed deal.
Lots of superstition, history & 'retiring coach' reasons why Flyers lose to today. Personally I love this kind of game because it boils down to one thing—is Dayton the team they're built to be or not?
Answer that question today, and they've got a chance against VCU & St Louis.
Excited to hear which 7 players won POTY
#BREAKING: There is a three-way tie for A10 Coach of the Year, per sources.
Saint Joe’s Steve Donahue, VCU’s Phil Martelli Jr., and Fordham’s Mike Magpayo are the co-winners. A major snub for SLU’s Josh Schertz.
1st game of his @daytonmbb career, Von's dad sat right next to me in the arena. I got to watch him experience UD's atmosphere and his son's first 3pt bucket as a Flyer. I wonder if his dad had any idea how important Von would be to this program.

this is the kind of creator I want to be. Ben is a hollywood icon, spearheads the best show on TV, rocks the occasional superbowl ad... yet he spends time and energy interacting with fans like this. And—he doesn't let the day job distract him from the main thing... NBA ball.👊
