Step inside the new Early Childhood Center in Skokie School District 68!
The new facility features 8 classrooms, a playground, and student commons, giving the district a dedicated space for its pre-kindergarten program for the first time.
The building pairs a beautiful design with sustainability features, including solar panels and geothermal heating and cooling. We’re proud to help create a space that will serve students and families for years to come!

The new addition at Westbrook School has a little extra school spirit in its foundation!
Principal Kelly Vignocchi joined Nicholas & Associates Superintendent Ray Godfrey to place student-decorated rocks in the floor of the school’s new cafetorium.
Once the space is complete, a plaque on the support beam will commemorate the students as the bedrock of this new addition.

The project will add four classrooms, a gymnasium, and a new main office, along with renovations to six existing classrooms.
We can’t wait to see students enjoy these spaces when they’re ready for the 2027–2028 school year!

Shovels in the ground and signatures on the wall at Westbrook School! We celebrated the school’s new addition with students and staff at last week’s groundbreaking.
The addition will include a ‘cafetorium,’ four classrooms, a learning resource center, a STEAM room, and a rooftop garden. The biggest impact? Additional Kindergarten classrooms that will allow the school to offer all-day Kindergarten!
Since construction began earlier this summer, @dist57 administrators were also able to add their names to a wall in the new space!

Three schools, three exciting transformations in @SaltCreekD48!
Albright Middle School, Salt Creek Primary School, and Stella May Swartz School recently celebrated the completion of extensive renovations and site improvements.
Highlights include a new gymnasium and atrium at Albright, dedicated art, STEM, and music spaces at Salt Creek Primary, and a welcoming new entryway at Stella May Swartz.

Big improvements are happening above and below ground at @HickoryPoint27! Check out the installation of a new 174-piece @StormTrapSW system designed to hold more than 45,000 cubic feet of stormwater.
It’s all part of a larger improvement project that will bring four new classrooms and a multipurpose room to the school. More progress from @D27schools is coming soon!
