This was a peer reviewed grant from the independent @CIHR_IRSC to study misinformation. I didn't receive a dime. Funds held by university & supported students, (peer reviewed) research, etc.
🚩When someone uses this kinda misguided & ill-informed "gotcha" stunt it should be viewed as red flag of a misleading smear campaign.🚩
Yes, the peer review grant process NOT perfect. I welcome suggestions on sources of research support that are more independent.
