Gotta come out ripping and change the momentum. O line struggling, need Mesty to tuck and run a few times to slow them down a bit

Two years ago, Drew Mestemaker was QB6 on the depth chart at North Texas entering training camp.
My top ranked 2027 QB through the first quarter of the season. I’m really, really excited about the developmental arc of this player the rest of the season.

This is one of the coolest things I’ve heard out of @OSUAthletics in a long time. The synergy that’s been missing appears to be back
Jacie Hoyt is excited about #OkState football’s start.
Hoyt asked Eric Morris if she could attend one of his team meetings during the preseason.
“He has brought the excitement to Stillwater that we were all really needing and craving.”
Guess those North Texas guys can play a little 😏
🤠
ALT A TV broadcast graphic displays Oklahoma State Cowboys offensive leaders during a college football game on FS1. The scoreboard overlay shows sophomore quarterback Drew Mestemaker (#17) completing 20 of 27 passes for 389 yards with 3 touchdowns and 1 interception, sophomore running back Caleb Hawkins (#24) rushing 29 times for 180 yards and 1 touchdown, and junior wide receiver Wyatt Young (#10) recording 8 catches for 192 yards and 1 touchdown. On the sideline, OSU players in white uniforms including #44 (Kolb) and #45 are visible, along with a player in a black OSU helmet drinking from a green water bottle.
Cassity changing from odd to even front in 2nd half has been a great adjustment. Huge sack ! Get 6 and ice this thing
Solid half of football. Down 1 on the road and getting the ball back. great response by both sides when things looked a bit shaky. Offense has largely done whatever they wanted but gotta finish with 6s and not 3s. D gotta find a way to not give up the edge so easily.
