My uncle did a mission trip to Africa to teach a village how to raise pigs for food.
They flew in with a bunch of pigs, built pens for them, Food and water troughs, and taught them how to breed them so they could always have meat. Two weeks of work and teaching.
They went back a year later to check on the village. They had thrown a giant party the night after my uncle left, slaughtered and ate all the pigs, sold the feeders and fencing, and were really pissed off that the mission didn't bring them more pigs.

Apartheid didn't give Bantus and Coloureds and Indians full political and economic independence and can be criticized for that, but Bantu land wasn't stolen. The rest had never belonged to them in the first place. Google says it’s okay to ask for a doctor by race is okay for any race other than a White doctor
Asking for a black, Indian, Asian or even Muslim doctor is great. But asking for a White doctor is an “ethical concern,” it’s“bigotry” and is racist
I tried it myself and Google makes it very clear you cannot ask for a White doctor because it stems from “racial bias and prejudice”
But literally every other race is fine to ask for
