congrats @MajorTimbWlf21 on publishing the paper on a stage-aware research mentor
We attended the India Game Dev Conference (IGDC) recently. It was a good opportunity to meet industry professionals, learn about new trends, and connect with other developers.
Meet Karan (@karan_pargal), McCarthy Lab alumnus. Initially focused on ML engineering, a hackathon pivoted him to Web3, where he’s earned significant recognition.
We thank you, Karan Pargal, for your journey with us and wish you the best of luck in your future endeavours.
Thank you to @SRM_Univ for facilitating the growth of Next Tech Lab and encouraging our member to follow their ambitions.

took a talk on 'how to do effective research' @nexttechlab, really loved the crowd turnout.
Majority of the topics I discussed were part of the learnings I gained during my internship at @UofIllinois & @lossfunk

Thank You, @nexttechlab and everyone I met along my journey at the lab.
4 years at UB 706 prepared me set things in motion at my first day, interning at @iiscbangalore
Thank you Bryan Fulton for visiting our lab.
Fulton is a systems engineer at Boeing and shared his unorthodox journey into IT.
With a Bachelor of Arts degree from Missouri Baptist University, he was a store manager at age 24 before he got into VMware systems and networking.
As he gradually built up his skills in IT, Bryan joined @Boeing in 2019 where he's responsible for software and hardware integration of flight simulation devices.

Had a wonderful evening with Bryan Fulton. Got to learn a lot about the aviation industry and how IT and AI can assist in making flying a safer and more reliable experience. Also thanks to @nexttechlab for the RedBulls.
Congratulations to @aman_shakesbeer, the syndicate of McCarthy Lab, for securing an internship at the Factory of Automation and Production Systems Lab at University of Erlangen- Nuremberg, Germany! (@UniFAU)
With Prof. Kedilioglu Oguz (@oguked) as his mentor, Aman will be working on 6DoF pose estimation for robotic arms, without any fiducial markers, and exploring the world of 3D object reconstruction and neural rendering.
We can't wait to see his work implemented at @mlz_garching in @TU_Muenchen. Special thanks to @SRM_Univ for nurturing such talent. Keep crushing it, Aman!
