Don’t be a networker. Instead: 1. Add value to people’s lives. 2. Lead with love, not an agenda. 3. Find ways to serve. 4. Show you care. 5. Encourage others. 6. Look to give instead of receive. 7. Connect people.

The mind is like a garden and now more than ever we need to weed the negative and feed the positive. Our mental health and ability to persevere depends on it.

Champions expect success. Their positive beliefs lead to positive actions and outcomes. They win in their mind first.

No matter what anyone says, just 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗨𝗣 and 𝗗𝗢 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞.

When you walk on the court, on the field, into a meeting or a classroom... 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝗼 𝗪𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆! Your positive beliefs often lead to positive actions & outcomes. You win in your mind first and then you win in the hearts & minds of your customers, students or fans.

No matter what happens today, remember... You might not be able to control all of yours circumstance but you can control how you respond to them. Pause. Look for the good. Trust in a bigger plan. Respond instead of react.

Greatness isn’t achieved by worrying what everyone thinks of you. Don’t look outside. The praise, criticism, expectations; it’s all just noise. Look inside to your heart and soul and do your thing. Do it with love and create greatness from the inside out.

Three things you control every day are your ATTITUDE, your EFFORT and your ACTIONS. It doesn’t matter what others are doing or who you think is being unfair. Every day you can focus on being positive, working hard and making others around you better.
