Iâve manifested the same ex SP back MANY times over the past few years, but this most recent time is what made manifestation finally click for me.
This time I locked in properly and got movement within DAYS instead of the 2 months I was used to.

New story is your affirmation. Itâs not a 20page essay you have to remember, itâs your affirmation and just things that align with what youâre manifesting.
Such as âsps obsessed with meâ when your affirming your in the new story of sps obsessed, they love you, they miss you etc.
Who tf cares if sp is blocked. Itâs so much easier to affirm and stick to the new story when theyâre not in your face in the 3D
Sp has to show up no matter what. Assuming he hates you and doesnât want you, well done you manifested it!! Assuming he misses you and canât stop thinking about you, well done you manifested it!!
They have to show up !!
You donât have to be confident in what your saying. You donât have to believe it at all. You donât have to feel it real or act asif.
You just need to say it.

1/ my coaching client had a hiccup yesterday. her sp had already broken no contact, things were progressing, and then he suddenly blocked her again.
this morning he unblocked her and told her it was a mistake. here's how we approached the situation when she messaged me.
I would have NEVER believed the law if I didnât ask myself âwhy notâ
I stfu and applied what I knew for 1week. That was it. I put my all in for 1 week. I got it in less than 3 days.
If you want it that bad you will just apply
Some of you really not to stop feeling sorry for yourself and searching for more âanswersâ. Your only going to get what you want when you stfu and apply what you know
Your affirmation isnât a magic spell. The wording doesnât matter. You donât need the âperfectâ affirmation
What matters is consistency, NOT constantly changing it. Pick an affirmation thatâs simple and stick to it. AFFIRM AFFIRM AFFIRM
Stop overcomplicating it.
Remember feelings and emotions donât manifest. Feel whatever you need to feel. youâre human! Same with wavering, it doesnât matter. Youâll have doubts and negative thoughts, the goal isnât perfection, itâs consistency. Donât purposely dwell, but when you do CLOCK IT.
What you say goes. The 3D IS catching up. Itâs law. Sp obsessed with you? Then they have to show up obsessed with you.
