Replying to @Roche
@Roche Do you think it might be useful (hint, I do) to note in the Accu-Chek Connect app retirement notice that @mysugr(also created/operated by Roche) is the replacement app that users should download? It sure would have saved an angst conversation with a relative this morning

Replying to @Telstra
Thanks, I did this, I don't have any further options, such as contact or talk to technical support though. I had no issue with my internet Wednesday 19th or Thursday 20th or Friday 21st up until ~8:45pm when the storms hit and took the power out

To say it’s difficult to manage international data roaming with @Telstra is an understatement when you’ve no access to half the Telstra services required to manage your account!

Quick rant: 1. Who puts a paper liner between the ice cream and the cone? 2. How many of these paper liners have I unknowingly eaten in the past week?

Oh for fuck sake, the third support person is even worse than the two previous, this is just embarrassing to call this “technical support” this is incompetent of the highest order
~3 hours in, different person, unbelievably less competent from the previous support staff, and I’ve now been informed something I already knew four hours ago, and onto the next support staff, I bet just like this one I’ll have to repeat myself again and again

~2 hours into a constant chat with @Telstra, so far not a shred of technical competence

Thanks and Oh, that’s what I did already 37 minutes ago, and that’s the 1 hour wait queue I’m in

You continually mention “directly”, my definition seems wildly different to your definition, but sure, let’s see how this directly pans out….
