My book " The Inspiring Ambedkar" - Enhanced Edition will be dedicated to the Nation next month.
One Sun, One Moon, One Thalaivan, Dr Ambedkar
A breathtaking 450 page book documenting the controversies with real evidences.
This book has something to show...
Real thoughts of Gandhi, Nehru, Sardar Patel, Savarkar, Hindu Maha Sabha, Jinnah about Reservations with hard evidence.
@nethrapal writes only the Truth.
A single man battle against all.
The battle never documented in any history books you read.
False hopes of 73% reservation in Madhya Pradesh without a ninth schedule inclusion is completely a waste of time. The case would be dismissed in the supreme court in couple of hearings.
Continue to be fooled....

Not even one student scoring -40 was admitted in NEET PG 2025 says government. It was only a norm, but finally nobody was admitted.
So the myth that -40 marks was allotted has been busted by the parliamentary question itself which is attached below.

In UP
If SP comes to power, a Yadav will become a chief minister
If BJP comes to power, a Thakur will become a chief minister
The representation of Brahmins, Muslims and Dalits is near to zero in all important positions
Number of MLAs is also dipping compared to traditional trends.
They divide their votes and small castes rule over them
They need to go and beg for even small positions
I don’t understand when you know you can’t get real power without coming together why the hesitation…
Reservation is a constitutional issue and different groups should leave it to the courts
Brahmins, Dalits and Muslims should come together in UP and determine their future so that their future generations benefit from it
There may be differences in ideologies but these differences should not allow other smaller castes to dominate over you .
Think over .,,I’m your brother trying to make you realise the real gap in Uttar Pradesh politics…
This CJP dharna all this are bakwaas and has no value
Come together and get real power share

Karnataka
Bihar
Madhya Pradesh
All have lost the reservation cases increasing beyond 50%
Only exception is Tamilnadu.
Tamilnadu is a forward state with 69% reservation
While Bihar is a backward state with 50% reservation
How can a forward state have more reservation than a backward state is the question ???
Courts should now overrule even 69% reservation in Tamilnadu..
I simply don’t understand the logic.
Time for courts to even lay down principles on who should be backward classes
A backward class which has more representation in government jobs than Brahmins can never be considered backward
Many castes in Karnataka, Tamilnadu, Andra, Telangana continue to be in backward classes inspite of having better representation than Brahmins
Time has come to introduce effective subcategorisation within the OBCs based on caste census

The Karnataka High Court's judgment striking down enhanced reservation for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes is a serious setback to the aspirations of historically marginalised communities.
We respect the judiciary. However, the judgment raises fundamental questions about the BJP's handling of social justice.
The BJP government increased SC reservation from 15% to 17% and ST reservation from 3% to 7% ahead of the 2023 Assembly elections, despite knowing that total reservation would exceed the 50% ceiling.
Why did the BJP announce enhanced reservation without first ensuring its constitutional sustainability? Was electoral advantage prioritised over lasting social justice?
The Justice Nagamohan Das Committee, constituted during the Congress government, had provided the foundation for enhancing reservation. This demand emerged from decades of struggle by marginalised communities, not from the political generosity of any party.
The BJP-led Union Government subsequently deferred Karnataka's request for Ninth Schedule inclusion, citing the pending litigation. It must now explain what constitutional solution it proposes.
My commitment to AHINDA, minorities, backward classes and Dalits, has always rested on one fundamental conviction, which is, political democracy remains incomplete without social and economic equality.
Reservation is not charity. It is a constitutional instrument for correcting historical injustice and securing representation.
We demand that the Union Government review the 50% ceiling, facilitate a constitutionally sustainable framework for population-informed reservation and reconsider Karnataka's Ninth Schedule proposal.
The Karnataka Government must pursue appropriate legal remedies to safeguard enhanced reservation and protect affected students and job aspirants.
The struggle for social justice cannot be reduced to election-time announcements. It demands political commitment, constitutional responsibility and lasting institutional reform.
Our objective is not merely to promise representation, but to secure it for future generations.
Karnataka SC ST reservation increase by 6% which led to overall increase of reservation from 50% to 56% has been quashed by the Karnataka High Court.
The 50% rule cannot be breached without a ninth schedule inclusion.
By this logic it is very unlikely that Tamilnadu’s 69% reservation stands any chance. many say even that is not sustainable.
So don’t believe politicians who come and tell you that they will increase reservations beyond 50%
It’s not possible as on today
