FSD wird sehr sehr bald kommen.
Ich erhielt zwar die selbe Aussage wie schon @TeslaDE195932, jedoch mit einem fetten Grinsen und Augenzwinkern!

Tesla‘s FSD is safer than humans, as confirmed by Dutch authorities.
@EU_Commission not promoting Tesla‘s FSD is actively putting human lives at risk.
The Austrian BMIMI just responded to my request to potentially adopt the Art. 39 exemption from RDW for FSD Supervised in AT.
Not sure what to make of that - it sounds like the standard response we all received in April.

Sad situation. Users who unlocked FSD via the CAN bus report they are not able to receive FSD.
I hope Tesla can get the software to them. Hard to blame them for taking an opportunity to try FSD. They were just excited customers.

As a loyal Tesla owner (4 Teslas owned, FSD purchased on 2 vehicles, shareholder since 2016), I’m reaching out about the ongoing ban for users who used a third-party unlock device to enable FSD early in Europe.
FSD is now fully legal and officially available in Belgium for 15 days.
Despite this, many of us who used the device early are still blocked, with no communication from Tesla.
I was simply very excited and impatient after years of waiting never with any intention to harm the company.
I have learned my lesson and fully understand the importance of waiting for official approval. I just want to use FSD normally like everyone else now that it’s approved.
Could Tesla please clarify the situation and the next steps for us? When will the ban be lifted for early users? We’re still in the dark and would really appreciate an official update and transparency.

An alle österreichischen Tesla-Fahrer… Ich würde sagen, wir alle sollten uns per E-Mail an das BMK wenden und um die rasche nationale Anerkennung der RDW-Genehmigung bitten.
Die RDW hat nach 18 Monaten intensiver Tests klargestellt: „Die sachgemäße Nutzung dieses Fahrerassistenzsystems leistet einen positiven Beitrag zur Verkehrssicherheit.“
Es geht hier nicht um „Autopilot spielen“, sondern darum, Verkehrstote zu minimieren und österreichische Straßen sicherer zu machen. Der Fahrer bleibt immer voll verantwortlich.
