happy taco tuesday geckos! 🌮❤️ I want to take this taco tuesday as an opportunity to talk a little about mental health, from my own experience. sometimes, we don't realize how much the things we keep bottled up inside can affect our everyday lives, especially sadness. for a long time, I've gone through some really difficult moments when I genuinely couldn't see a way out or find a solution. And it was thanks to all of you, your support, kindness, and love, that I've slowly been able to keep moving forward, one day at a time. but to be honest, there are days when it's really hard for me to even get out of bed because I feel depressed. Sometimes, everything feels so overwhelming that even the smallest things become difficult. Still, I try to give the best of myself, even on the days when I feel like I have nothing left to give. that's why I want to remind you of something geckos: your mental health matters, YOU matter, and you don't have to be okay all the time. You don't have to force a smile when you're hurting or feel guilty for needing a break. Depression isn't always visible, and we never truly know what battles someone might be fighting in silence. please be kind to yourselves and to one another. Don't minimize your feelings or convince yourselves that you have to face everything alone. Sometimes, talking to someone, letting yourself cry, or simply getting things off your chest can make the weight you're carrying feel a little lighter. And if these feelings persist or make everyday life difficult, plss remember that it's okay to seek professional help, too. ❤️ and I want u to know something: if u ever need someone to talk to, someone to vent to, or simply someone to tell about your day, u can reach out to me. You don't need to find the perfect words or pretend that everything is okay. If you need someone to listen, I'll be here. I might not always have the answers, but I'll listen with an open heart and without judging u. you've given me so much love during moments when I was struggling to find even a little bit of light myself, and I genuinely hope I can give some of that love back to u. I love u all so much geckos. pls take good care of yourselves, eat something yummy, rest when u need to, and remember that you don't have to be strong all the time to deserve love, u deserve kindness, patience, and understanding even on ur hardest days. sending each and every one of u the biggest hugs. thank u for being part of my life and for reminding me that even on the grayest days, there are still little beautiful things worth holding on to ‹𝟹
