Re: @brutalsim Your first point is everything, @BearDaBeast23. Because 2k doesn't have an organized tournament scene OR a ranked ladder, plus "open world" modes w/o matchmaking, the term comp is GENERALLY more about feelings than data. (1/2)

In fighting games, there are former EVO champs that aren't currently comp and everyone knows why: they can't compete in TODAY's tournament scene. Yet, these same people have no problem reaching the -1% of the ranked ladder. A real tournament scene organizes everything.

As a guardian since the 360 beta, this is great to see. As an artist, it's a relief because on countless occasions, Destiny's art and music direction has been a real inspiration to me. Just having that canvas disappear from the gaming landscape would have been unfortunate.

Any news on a reversion? The sentiment is pretty much unanimous and all for the same reasons. Last patch made the game categorically worse. I loved the launch version. IMO, this year was successful at slowing the game down w/o making it feel sluggish. @beluba @itsEvanCC

#Arjun_SF6 has me so hyped! If you're an artist, @StreetFighter is a master class in telling a character's story through their body type. I could do a course on this. Most people just do muscles, but skin, fat and body hair are great tools. Had to do some sketches!

With the @insomniacgames #Wolverine coming out, it got me to thinking about how I love the character, but as a younger artist, I was always afraid to draw him because I was such a big fan of Marc, Jim, Travis and all the legends who drew him. Now I realize you draw what's fun.

I agree Passing is terrible but also 2k should never allowed us to get comfortable with grabbing boards and tossing a perfect pass 92 feet away to the person in the corner. I agree with that change 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

We cannot, as an art community, allow Michael Golden's work to fade from prominent view of the next generation. There is SO much to learn from him on all levels: drawing, design and storytelling. One of the best to ever do it.
