Check, check, and check!!!
1/5 🚨 ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL, @British_Airways!
I arrived at Lisbon Airport nearly FOUR HOURS EARLY for my flight to San Francisco. I was sick with a fever, got stuck in immigration, and reached the gate at 10:30 AM.
BA had GIVEN AWAY MY PAID SEAT TO STANDBY!
4/5 Another family experienced the SAME nightmare. A mother and daughter reached the gate and told BA their father was stuck in immigration.
Still, passengers were left behind.
This wasn't ONE late passenger. MULTIPLE families were affected. Where was BA's passenger care?
5/5 @BA_Headlines @BritishAirNews — is THIS the customer experience @British_Airways stands behind?
FOUR HOURS EARLY. SICK. PAID SEAT GIVEN AWAY. ZERO HELP. FORCED TO BUY ANOTHER TICKET.
I DEMAND answers, reimbursement, and accountability.

🆕 Today: We're teaming up with @Affirm to make their pay-over-time option available at checkout on @AmazonBusiness.
This will allow Amazon Business’ eligible sole proprietors to split the total cost of eligible purchases and pay over time, without late or hidden fees. 🙌 ⬇️
Replying to @airindia
@airindiain I want to raise a complaint regarding flight AI 183 on June 18 from New Delhi to SFO (Air India Confirmation Code: Y8JZG). I was traveling with my two elderly parents (Mr V C Maheshwari, and Mrs Poonam Maheshwari) and a 10 yr old son (Arjun Jain). We were on seats 8A,
that it took us so much time to even lie down properly. I paid $3200 for a business class seat instead of $900 for an economy class seat with pretty much the same experience that seats wouldnt recline. This is not fair at all. I request you to please refund me the seat amount
