@love_prezzo Sorry, but I don't love Prezzo today. Ate in Aldeburgh last night. The veggie meal I wanted -- aubergine parmagiana -- was off. So I ordered pasta instead. Our meals arrived less than five minutes after we ordered -- and before the drinks -- much too quickly.

My wife's meal was fine. Mine was lukewarm and the tomato sauce was somewhat dried up. Looked like it had been sitting around for some time. So had to send it back. The replacement was good though. No concern from the management, apart from a cursory sorry.

First bad experience after many Prezzo visits. The least you could do is to ensure the veggie meals are available -- not options -- and train staff to react properly when things aren't right.
