brief history: so japan is a really great place for thrifting, though it's not really the same as you might think like it's typically not like cheap second hand clothes. it IS cheaper but not necessarily, it's more curated vintage clothing most of the time.
it's developed into a style called "City Boy" which is kind of has become a thing worldwide but it's a mix of preppy, academic, and heritage. but Japan had a magazine called Popeye Magazine which is still popular today

Planting new trees doesn’t magically undo the destruction of an entire ecosystem. You cannot replace centuries of biodiversity with a few saplings. Companies that destroy our natural resources should face severe penalties, including permanent closure when warranted. We’ve reached a point where protecting the planet is treated as optional, and that needs to change.

Again, it’s important to understand that the transgender terror did not arise organically from the public. It was imposed from above, by the world’s most hateful and poisonous media class.

Honestly moreso than managing to finish the game in under 2 years (which required unhealthy crunch) I did respect DA2's complete swerve towards a narrative where you get relentlessly crushed by the forces of history in a genre that's usually very "great man" in tone
