@PepperfryC I caution people from purchasing from this store. We purchased a recliner that was defective and a couch. The expensive couch arrived in 3 different shades of color rather than just one-as specified. It’s now been 4 weeks and their customer service gives a run around

It’s a huge consumer scam in my experience to give subpar quality and then refuse to take accountability @PepperfryC

…rather than replace the couch. Proof has been sent multiple times. They have sent carpenters to verify the issue twice-both lied to the warehouse after agreeing there was an issue. It’s been like beating our heads against the wall speaking with customer service. @PepperfryC
