"H-Value" is coming to New York! NYPSC will make H-Value compensation (a modified VDER E-Value) available to legacy hydro 5 MW or less. Interested facilities will register as Community Distributed Generation and as a DER supplier with NYSDPS. H-Value set to 75% of the current E-Value.

Kudos to @NYSDEC and @NYS_OGS for an exceptional job on the Adirondack Rail Trail. It's world class, accessible and a joy to ride.
When it’s all completed, the Adirondack rail trail will be 34 miles long, connecting Lake Placid to Tupper Lake.
With the second phase now open to Floodwood Road, the trail stretches 25 miles through the Adirondacks.
