12 years ago I was asked to help coach 6-8 year olds as my first coaching experience and today I’ve received the @UEFA Pro Diploma. I’d like to thank everyone who has helped me on that journey not only for their advice but also the many laughs along the way.

I’ve been asked multiple time this week why I’ve gone back into management. It mightn’t go well every week but 93 minutes of kicking and heading every ball along with the adrenaline rush that comes with it is something I’ve definitely missed. Great to start with a win ⚪️⚫️

Appreciate there’s always some last minute wheeling and dealing but with some of the bids being thrown about in the last few days of the transfer window you have to wonder what all the recruitment teams have been doing this year. Smells of desperation rather than pre-planning
