Been thinking about how we actually shift in a rapidly changing world. I kept coming back to the same idea: availability still matters, but it has to be paired with adaptability. Would love to hear others ideas.

1. Know your priorities (what I call non-negotiables).
2. Know when to say no.
The latter is dictated by the former.
Only three things are certain:
Death — once
Taxes — every year
Change — always
People plan for the first two. The third catches almost everyone off guard. Get comfortable with change.
Credibility hack.
The person who consistently shortens the path from problem to solution significantly increases chances of getting the next yes.
A couple years ago I stuck this 📝 on my monitor. Not as a productivity slogan—more as a reminder that someone is usually waiting on me to solve a problem, keep momentum, or build a better solution. If things stall, check whether you’re the constraint.
