Thank you Birmingham: such a brilliant atmosphere both in town and the events we were lucky enough to get tickets for @thecgf

That said a quick plea on behalf of families of 5: many events had 2+2 ticket limits 😳

Always felt so lucky to have @HornimanMuseum as our “local”: wonderful to see it being recognised
🏆Horniman Museum and Gardens WINS #MuseumOfTheYear 2022 and the £100,000 prize 🎉🎉🏆
Congratulations to all the team!
@HornimanMuseum
What a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon @WN_FEAST. So lovely to see familiar faces whilst enjoying the joyous sounds of @PalaceProgress in impressive surroundings
Was already thoroughly enjoying #train24 before @politic_animal pulled into Strasbourg. Brought back so many fond memories: being able travel far and wide easily by train a real benefit of living there! (Give or take friends who forget to bring passports 🙄)

So our next train arrives - we’re off the high speed for now, onto a regional service, albeit a souped-up one that takes the title TER200 - 200 being the maximum speed. As the carriages show, we’re still on a bilingual train, except it is now French and Alsatian. #train24
Only became aware of this from @CathLoveday thread : feels like something that should be more widely known

Whilst I’m loving my new role, current events make me realise how much Financial Crime knowledge I managed to accumulate thanks to my time @LexisNexisRisk Caught myself trying to explain the intricacies of Sectoral Sanctions to a colleague yesterday!
Realised I barely moved yesterday: at home it’s too easy to be totally static. So this morning I braved slippery pavements for a walking meeting. No laptop meant fewer distractions, more engaged.
Lucky to have @blythe_hill nearby : good for clear headed thinking!

Is there a list of utility companies who do NOT have automated customer services? I suspect any additional cost would be offset by time wasted (let alone stress induced) by trying to get the help in a reasonable time frame.
Annoyingly security means I can’t even name & shame!
Enormous gratitude to the many staff @KingsCollegeNHS who looked after one of our children in paediatrics A&E today and the @Ldn_Ambulance team who responded so promptly. We are so lucky to have the NHS and the amazing people who work there

The children were so glad to be able to have their @nationaltrust egg hunt again this year. Snowing lightly when we arrived @NTIghthamMote but the sunshine was glorious. Perfect morning away from it all

As time goes on I realise Beyond Skin means so much more to me than I could ever express. I grew up a classical and flamenco guitarist proud of being both Londoner and of her Indian Bengali heritage: somehow @thenitinsawhney brought in all together. I can never thank him enough
Thank you so much @Tim_Burgess #timstwitterlisteningparty for having me. It’s been so powerful and emotional to read all your tweets about an album that came from the deepest soul of a guy making music in his tiny bedroom 22 years ago... 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
This tweet of beauty is the one I needed this morning. Wasn’t quite sure it was real at first but looks like it is faena.com/aleph/the-music-of…
The combination of human ingenuity, a beautiful natural environment and Bach could not be more perfect in lifting spirits

@SouthernRailUK @TfL a plea about 07h49 WCY to SUO that services at least 5 secondary schools. Cancelled Monday; led to pandemic unsafe a crush on subsequent train. It is currently the one train that works for school times. Is there any way it can be prioritised to run please?
Public events is one of the things I love most about living in this city. Didn’t expect to have any this year: thanks to all those responsible for the lights festival @yourcanarywharf . Particularly mesmerised by Mumurations @squidsoup (video doesn’t do it justice)
