Everyone competing in NA right now is a ticking time bomb IRL unless they make an org that gives them a sustainable salary before life catches up with them. This is how it’s always been but with the lack of support in NA post-COVID it’s become a lot harder to make it and not throw away life outside the game. Not agreeing or disagreeing. Seen plenty of players get to an ECL+ level but are forced to quit because the lack of $$$ in the scene. No clear fix to it other than try harder but that’s just my take.
