🐳: #Boys4Moms is a project I’m very excited about because I get to work with people I’m familiar with and close to, the CHAOS Gang plus TayNew~ For this scene, where the wind hits us, we needed about three takes because we kept tripping on the stairs. Not falling off them, exactly. Do you get how the steps aren’t even? Some are small, some are big, so when we walked without looking, we tended to trip. They told us to walk coolly, but we kept doing this *demonstrates*, and we did it three times. 🎙️: Who tripped with you? 🐳: Jimmy too. It happened on Jimmy also, btw (🙏🏻) because I was the first one who filmed this scene. Actually, you should've been avoid it, doc. You saw me and can learn from my experience. For the camp scenes, we filmed at an actual building and then moved to a pineapple orchard. It was scorching hot, and being under the sun all day, I just didn't have the energy to even bother checking the monitor. So I had absolutely no idea what my face looked like throughout the shoot. We kept filming without seeing our face until nighttime where we filmed the scene on the bed. It was dark and they had the screen on the camera flipped toward. When they shot New's face, I turned to check, I was like "DAMNN, why I look this ugly?" I was shocked by my own face! I'm not joking! I then told New "Why didn't you tell me earlier that my face had been this ugly?" I mean ugly as in like, I don't mind about being natural, but, you know, imagine when you wear a cap all day long, and when you took it off, your hair is greasy and flatt, I looked like a dog who like... yeah (😭) The problem is, this set has no hairstylist, they wanted everything to look as realistic as possible, it's P'Nuchy's work anyway. It was like, if after taking off the cap your hair come down flat, you should just let it that way. Since in the real orchard pineapple, no one style your hair for you, right? But I never had my hair this greasy before, like, this hair plus that face... (😭) Oh, I forgot to talk about this. It wasn't my bare bare face, they did some makeup to make my face look more worn-out and rough, because I have a tough job, right? I need to clarify about this because I'm afraid any skincare brand will start leaving me. So let me clarify that it was a makeup to make me look more "hardworking" (😭) I'm afraid some brands who were planning to work with me suddenly cancel my name. As for New, let me clarify a little something too since people been wondering why New looks a lil bit different. New actually lived in a big city. He went to university. He's at a age where he wanted to explore as part of his journey toward self-discovery. From a middle-class background who went to university and educated in general. He wanted to work in a hotel abroad and wanted to overstay his visa, which why he's ended up with this group. So yeah, New and Tay will have a different background.
