A teacher was escorted out of the Henrico School Board meeting after he attempted to demonstrate that the School Board would be uncomfortable with people eating with no masks on, and it would be unfair to allow teachers to be put in similar situations with students.

Iā€™m doing a crafty Halloween gift exchange and keep getting frozen with indecision at every step. I keep hearing my (former) coworker telling me Iā€™m not creative, thatā€™s a poor choice, do I really think that will work?, sheā€™ll just take the project instead.....

Iā€™ve had horrible self doubt with anything creative ever since. Trying to start a project from scratch, instead of using a prompt or commission, is sending me spiraling. Hence the 1am tweeting.

I donā€™t think anyone will read these but it feels good to acknowledge that it was a shitty situation and thereā€™s a good reason Iā€™m struggling to even start. Maybe tomorrow will be the day.
