💵Currencies. Which ones did you actually receive in this year, and do you hold an account in each of them? Most companies are paying to convert into and out of a currency they could simply have held.
📞Escalation. Who do you call when a payment is stuck? If it's a bot or a contact form rather than a person, find that out today, not on the day a supplier is chasing you.
📈Limits. Whatever thresholds were set at onboarding were set against past volumes. Q4 will test them.
