People overcomplicate it. Here's how I took mine on ethereum:0x4a220e6096b25eadb88358cb44068a3248254675 in 30 seconds with @Tangem.

Simple. Straightforward. My keys stayed with me the whole time.

This is what caught me out.
I imported my seed phrase into MetaMask and my Solana wasn't there. Different wallets can create different addresses from the same seed.
I had to restore in Exodus Mobile and send my SOL across. Check every coin before you assume it moved.
