Full honesty .... Not everyone's gaming world revolves around GTA and I wish y'all would stop. If I'm playing Orcarina Of Time I am NOT, thinking about GTA, LOL. 💀
November 2026 has two choices: Play GTA 6… or pretend you’re not thinking about GTA 6 while playing Zelda. Be honest which one owns your November? -KG #GTA6 #Zelda

PlayStation in 2026: - End Destiny - End physical gaming forever - End porting exclusives to PC - Completely lose Hideo Kojima - Attempt to cancel Kojima's next Metal Gear franchise - Kojima cuts ties entirely and goes to XBOX - Force your single-player studios to make live service games - Concord happens - Proceed to cancel most of them, losing years of development time and billions of dollars - Buy Bluepoint and have them make a live-service rather than remakes - Close Bluepoint down before they release any games - Start selling vertical stands separately rather than have them come with the console - Console prices at an all-time high Genuinely... what is going on at Sony. disaster after disaster, huge L after L. They were my favorite gaming company throughout the PS4 generation but genuinely, how do you lose EVERYONE this fast? Meanwhile, XBOX is taking full advantage of this and priming a major comeback next generation. A literal generational fumble happening at Sony.

You have done nothing but insult your user base ever since you announced ending physical copies. Lying about it being a consumer preference. Devs & publishers are now reluctant to associate with you. Your lawyers using weak arguments as justification for anti-consumer practices-

> Introduced DRM > Always online console > TV, TV, TV > Attempted to kill physical media and used game market > "If you don't like it, you can always get the previous console" This mofo doesn't get enough credit for inventing the PS5 in 2013

This rolls out today to XBOX Insiders! Game preservation matters more than ever and this is an important step toward a future where players can have greater confidence that the games they buy remain with them for years to come.
Get more out of your game discs. We're rolling out a new feature starting with XBOX Insiders next week that will allow many of your discs to get the benefits of digital. Wherever you play, your physical library now goes with you. Learn more here: xbx.lv/4hWkE2O

GTA VI is not a win for gaming at all. You guys don’t understand how bad this is or everyone else involved in this hobby. Congrats I’m sure you will have fun with your game but I’m not looking forward to what happens after all this…

This is EXACTLY what we’re warning about. Content you “purchased” can disappear from your library because a licensing agreement changes. Now imagine a digital-only future where your entire game library works under the same basic principle: you don’t own a permanent copy... you own access subject to a license. And even after removing something you PAID FOR, @Sony actually end the notice with “Thank you.” 💀 This is why ownership and physical media matters. This is why consumer choice matters.

30fps is okay when rockstar does it digital only is okay when rockstar does it $100 games is okay when rockstar does it paywalling a trailer is okay when rockstar does it harvesting info from thousands of random people is okay when rockstar does it
Now all of a sudden 30fps is ok to people who complained that it's unacceptable for games in 2026 to be in 30fps ...🥴

It truly is disgusting just how much gameplay and content they locked away, selling a gimped out digital license for $80. The fact that bootlickers will defend this for free too.
I would say that gutting and locking entire swaths of the game behind an "Ultimate Edition" paywall would also be straight-up loser behaviour and undeniably corny. Would you agree too? Or its only bad when its not multi-billion dollar corporation doing it?

Any attempt to save physical media will ultimately fail simply because too many of you are completely without any kind of spine

You're making GTA 6 for the investors and shareholders, not for the people who actually play your games. If you were making it for them, you'd listen to criticism and this shit wouldn't have escalated to this point. 13 years. Billions of dollars. Supporting anti-consumer practices. Raising prices. Refusing to communicate with your player base about any of it. You made your bed, pissed all over it, and now you're looking at us like it's our fucking fault. Nah. You lay in it.
