I have not called or posted for last one week as I thought you will resolve my issue. It's still unresolved..from the date I purchased it was not working....purchased on 17th april and could not use till date...and your team is not bothered to resolve/refund or replace...

@myvoltas I have purchased the aircooler on 17th april and it worked that day..the next day power was not showing so raised complaint..technician just came and said circuit board has to be replaced..how come one day old get damaged.....21041812561 complaint number

@PrestigeSocial we have mailed to customer care on 2nd September and called on 4th September and 09th September to ask for reply..still not received any reply.the customer care people only tell we are escalating ...escalation means no reply for a week????
