1st Dec 14 I had back surgery to remove prolapse disc, left with severe nerve damage and sciatica affecting length of left leg...physio, pilates and swimming to rehab it's been frustratingly slow but today I ran 10km....boom #nevergiveup #pushthroughthepain #determination 💪😁
