It's frustrating but it's the reality of the health service in Ireland. The person I spoke to at the hospital this morning said he has no idea when the surgical day unit will be back in action and so I like hundreds of others wait and wait and wait. #cancer #cancerreality #tnbc

I had a migraine come on fast last night. It was a blinder. Still suffering the after effects today. I’ve never had a #migraine apart from when on #chemotherapy. I’m assuming this one is as a result of the #immunotherapy earlier in the week. Oh the joys of #cancertreatment

Two weeks post op today, double mastectomy plus immediate diep flap reconstruction.
I still feel like I was hit by a bus and the fatigue is staggering.

These are the 4 drains coming from my abdomen & breasts. Whilst not painful they are a pain and restrict mobility.
