So, the first quarter ends and the Bears have run a total of 3 plays to the Lions 24 plays. They had the ball for 1:38. That’s atrocious.

Watching the Bears tape, the thing is, some of these are close, but poor decisions are made. Example: this looks like an RPO and Caleb hands it off. But the motion of the RPO actually puts the LBs into better position to stop the run

But if you look from the sideline view, Rome was looking for the pass and he only had 1 guy to beat. DJ was going to block the safety. Its there. Just some growing pains.

Watching some of these Bears run plays against the Colts. It’s not all on the OL. There are scheme issues and communication pre snap issues. Exhibit A: It’s 3rd and goal, you have a 3 standup defenders on the left side, it’s overloaded. Who do you think blocks who?

If you guessed DeAndre Carter takes all three while Jenkins and Jones double team one, you’d be correct. This play never had a chance.

So apparently there are 6 very powerful individuals in the United States who have not seen Lethal Weapon 2 #SCOTUS

Random name to throw out for next Bears HC: Brian Griese. I think he’d still need an OC, but he was a great leader, fiery, former Bears QB, and currently coach’s a seventh round QB who’s in the running for MVP.

So that offensive sequence was screen, QB run, WR screen. None of them gained a yard. Thank you Getsy. Good job.

We have reached the “shotgun, drop back, make something happen” part of Getsy’s play sheet

Is it just me, or was NE better off without an OC last year? Not sure I’ve ever seen an offense this broken

I think Jamal Adams should be expecting a fine from the league for that hit on Ferguson. Pretty much textbook helmet to helmet

Halfway through the 3rd, Bears 7 penalties, Vikings 1. I want to say that’s coaching but I watched the Bills/Eagles game yesterday so I’m not sure.

Did the Bears just run 3 WR screens in a row? Again?

Eagles/Bills game should have ended on a catch and fumble, but it was ruled an incomplete pass. An hour later in the 1st of the Ravens/Chargers game, same thing, but this time ruled a fumble. This is what drives us insane.

So, are we ever going to talk about the fleecing the Lions did to the Rams in the Stafford for Goff trade? Or are we still calling that even?

Bears/Panthers and they interview a guy from the Eagles. That’s how bad this is
