$DGXX New proxy just dropped and I do not like it.
Proposals 5 and 6 replace the fixed 6.2M RSU cap and the 10% option limit with ~10% each, plus an automatic top-up every January, up to 20% each.
The old 20% cap on all equity comp combined gets deleted, so it's up to 40% on paper. Limits on grants to insiders and to any single person are gone too.
This after the CEO and his son were awarded $19.5M in 2025 on $34.2M of revenue.
I'm not against paying people, but this is a $34M revenue company already paying two people like a large cap and now you want more?
I'm voting against proposal 5 and 6.
Replying to @michelamar3
@michelamar3 $DGXX You have some explaining to do with your shareholders.
You and Alec received nearly $19.5M in reported compensation in 2025. What exactly did shareholders get in return?
And now management wants shareholders to approve expanded RSU and stock-option plans with potential for further dilution?
The stock is getting hammered, investor confidence is in the gutter, yet executive compensation keeps growing.
What measurable achievements justify these rewards? Why should shareholders approve even more? Where’s the accountability?
And 6 days later we see $CBRS setting new lows here at ~$120 today
I'm still not a buyer, as good as their product is I am too wary of the risk that their extreme P/E carries
Replying to @StockSavvyShay
$CBRS has further to fall considering its 2026 & 2027 revenue alone, perhaps to ~$120 in the short term
And of course, $DGXX has closed its freshly-created hourly gap at $2.64 just now... Solid intraday trade selling into pre-market / opening strength, then buying back here ~5% lower
Still targeting the hourly slightly above at $2.96, then the daily at $3.58 will be a big magnet if the Neocloud sector shows some lasting consistent strength 👍🏼
If there is Neocloud strength in the coming few weeks, $DGXX has a couple gaps above I will be watching closely
Firstly, an hourly gap at $2.96. This could realistically be closed shortly in a single trading day as it's within 5% of current pre-market price of $2.82
Secondly a daily gap at $3.58. With it being a daily gap this is slightly stronger and price may overshoot this a good amount when it closes, potentially up to ~$3.80 region. But I expect price to take more than one day to get back here (unless there really is a 30%+ day lol).
Obviously if the stock opens up higher today then the stock will be leaving an hourly gap behind at $2.64 and potentially a daily gap at $2.81, but I doubt it will leave a daily gap behind for long. Potentially we see an intraday reversal to fill the $2.64 hourly gap before strength returns to close the stock higher. A case could be made for trying to swing trade the stock in the short-term by selling into pre-market strength here at ~$2.80 to try and rebuy ~5% lower at ~$2.65, but the risk is that the stock moves up significantly without reversal, leaving behind the open hourly gap - and suddenly the sells at $2.80 are looking like a terrible decision.
Daily PA can't be predicted accurately however.
And I naturally don't like swing trading my DGXX shares when I think the stock is so severely undervalued... In 2 months the company should deliver Alabama Phase I and likely confirm both the funding for Phase II and reaffirm that it is on track to be commissioned on time by the end of March. These three catalysts alone are worth >$100M of high gross margin revenue for a company currently worth ~$300M. Not to mention DGXX's ongoing GPUaaS business arm expansion & their growing $ stake in the USDC subsidiary.
If the stock is even $5+ by the end of the year, then it will be a sore loss to have sold any meaningful amount of shares below $3 - just to try and make 5% on a swing. Obviously shares can be rebought higher and long before price returns to $5, but that would mean eating the swing trade loss. All said, R/R for swings here is unattractive for me.

Okay, now we buy very heavy here at $2.64 $DGXX 😂
(And other quality names in the industry currently on discount)

$DGXX is building a model agnostic Token Factory. They have no debt, nearly $150m in cash on the balance sheet, are weeks away from formal energization of their Phase 1 DC for $CBRS, have a loan commitment for $200m from $GS syndicated lenders, and have had their first ARMS200 platform at 100% uptime since going live in May of 2026 (even through the recent Tropical Storm).
Even @michelamar3 added another tranche of shares, albeit tiny in comparison the overall size of his position. Insiders only buy for one reason (regardless of size).
The fact that we are now down 70% from the pump to $9 changes the risk/reward set up for anyone not already in the stock.
While the largest AI DC companies are riddled with unsustainable debt, $DGXX has zero debt.
When they do finally close on that $200m loan in Q1 2027, you can expect them to ramp up buys for GPUS and ARMS200 pods targeting their $250-$300m of ARR in 2027.
Trading at 1x 2027 targeted ARR.
What other AI datacenter company is trading at this level?
I am long $DGXX, and I have begun buying $NBIS, $IREN, $CIFR, and $GLXY going into the next 2-3 years.
Either this pullback is a gift, of I will stay poor forever.
All I know is that sentiment can change fast and people are very scared about higher rates.
But if the AI Datacenter buildout stalls, even your favorite companies like $AMZN $GOOG $MSFT are going to all lose TRILLIONS of marketcap.
No guts, no glory.
Happy Friday!

$NBIS
Blackwell Ultra (B300) rental prices are up 17 days in a row, to about $7.45 an hour, according to Compute Desk's index of verified U.S. neocloud transactions. That's up roughly 64% from the low of $4.55 last November.
And you are bearish for the sector?
K.
Always great to see a company's CEO buy more of their stock
@michelamar3 literally is doing everything he legally can to nurture the trust with $DGXX shareholders
We all know @DigipowerX is set to deliver exceptional growth from this year to next with the right execution. Hopefully the stock price soon starts to sensibly value this company as they execute!
It's telling that even a twitter KOL darling like $NUAI is now caught up with massive downside moves, bringing it to an 8-month low.
There are key aspects of NUAI that are similar to the following companies: $SLNH $KEEL $VIVO $GPUS $AGPU. They are all either awaiting deals or their initial significant AI revenues are 6+ months away and possibly rely on currently-unfunded and unbuilt data centres or they require currently-unpurchased GPUs. The market, seemingly, just cannot bear the risk that these companies have not secured their meaningful revenue yet - and they won't over the next six months - and so the premium is being actively stripped away.
Not all future-promising-revenue companies are built the same. Larger ones like $NBIS, $HUT too, seem more insulated from this sell-off. But the market doesn't seem too caring about the difference in quality between small-cap Neocloud companies. Even mid-caps $CIFR $WULF $IREN are getting hit terribly, sinking to 52-week lows. It just seems like it's a widespread 'sell sell sell' mentality ahead of a likely Democrat sweeping victory in a few weeks as well as the increasing likelihood interest rates increases further. And if the company is not already - right now - generating superb 'protective' revenue and is instead relying on investors salivating at the thought of future revenue from data centres built and commissioned over the coming years, then the valuation of the companies are being punished harshly.
The key advantage with $DGXX that sets it apart in my eyes is that it is due to deliver 15MW in December - just two months away - and then a further 25MW in March. So it is set to commence producing extremely (compared to its current market cap) signficiant recurring revenue before 6 months is out - and the funding of DGXX's data centre has a lot less questions surrounding it now after this week's news. In 2-5 months time this will group it with the NBIS's of the industry, despite its ridiculously smaller market cap, as it will at least have the proportionally very-large recurring revenue on its balance sheet, legitimizing any premium then attached to its valuation, and I think the market will reward it handsomely.
The argument is: DGXX carries signficiantly less risk than similar companies in the space because it is much sooner about to commence generating significant revenues, and yet the market has been selling it off like this isn't the case. This is the asymmetric opportunity.
Perhaps we'll see some slight reversal today if PPI is better than expected. Perhaps the sell off will continue aggressively for the foreseeable future.

President Trump had it all back in February.
The 10-Year yield was under 4%, 30-Year mortgages were under 6%, oil was under $70/barrel, and AI investment was booming, with minimal credit risk. Now, that has all reversed.
The Iran War was an unforced fumble of epic proportions.
Think this hits the valuation nail on the head
Current $DGXX valuation is staggering considering this fact alone...
Market is pricing in risk of complete execution miss with Alabama... Likely until the day it is commissioned
Replying to @GlobalCollapse
$150Mill capex on site spend + 130Mill Cash =280 Mill vs 310 mill marketcap is just ridiculous valuation, market treating like btc miner instead of data centre stock. $DGXX
Great step in the right direction for @DigipowerX 🥳
Shame that the $DGXX stock is ridiculously weak lately, and it looks like more downside is to come 🩸
$DGXX Digi Power X secures US$200M debt financing commitment for Alabama AI data center tinyurl.com/29gttrtw @DigipowerX #DGXX #DGX #1NQ0
That said, the weakness is industry-wide and macro-wide (amongst small & micro caps)
@DigipowerX as a company has a crucial couple of quarters ahead of it. A $DGXX shareholder can only wait/ hope for perfect execution and that this period will thus be pivotal for the share price

Simply looking at the monthly chart - the absolute simplistic analysis - suggests $DGXX bottoms this month, before recovering throughout November and December, reaching $10+ at some point before the end of January
We'll see if history repeats though
From $DGXX's local bottom at $1.86 on 30th March 2026 it then increased by ~395% in just 32 trading days to reach a local high of $9.20 on 13th May 2026
If DGXX's current price (of $3.12) increased by the same % it would reach ~$15.40, and just for interest, 32 trading days before 31st December is the 17th November... A day or two after Digi's Q3 earnings are released
Personally, and quite obviously, I think shareholder's patience for the next five weeks will be truly worth it, not just for any rapid increase but for the long-term potential of the company and the stock
But each to their own 👍🏼 I can respect wanting to minimise risk in this macro environment
